LGBTQ-Owned Businesses We Love

We hope your Pride Month is off to a great start!

In order to continue celebrating, we’ve put together a list of just a few of our favorite LGBTQ-Owned businesses in different regions around the US. If you’re planning to take a trip to any of these destinations soon, you need to add these to your list. Supporting local and queer-owned businesses is just one way to continuously show support for your LGBTQ community and those communities across the country.

Biang Biang Noodles | Seattle, WA

For one of the best Chinese restaurants you’ll ever encounter, head to Biang Biang Noodles in Seattle, WA. Owners Sia and Alison opened for business in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in June of 2020 amidst the COVID pandemic. Initially only offering takeout, the team faced even more difficulties than most restaurants do when getting off the ground. Since then, they have persevered and manage to sell over 60 pounds of noodles per day! The restaurant is inspired by Alison and Sia’s backgrounds as Chinese-American immigrants and their rich familial backgrounds in traditional cultural cuisine. There are vegan options aplenty and they pride themselves on keeping the food affordable and the portions ample.
