The hardest part of planning your trip will be deciding your travel dates! Our trips range from two nights to ten nights. We require 2 weeks to plan our trips, so make sure your travel dates are at least 2 weeks away!

When planning your trip with friends departing from multiple airports, you’ll want to decide on the type of getaway. For trips involving flights from multiple airports, we offer Plane Trips and Outdoors Plane Trips. If you’re looking for a Road Trip, everyone must depart from one location. Whether you’re craving city life or an Outdoor Road Trip, this is your chance to narrow down what kind of trip works best for your group. Or, if you know where you want to travel, consider taking a You Pick Trip! That’s where you choose the destination + coordinate your travel there, then we plan the rest.

Take The Pre-Trip Survey

The pre-trip survey is where the fun starts! This is a great activity to do with your friends over a video call. This is where you’ll share your travel history, specific interests, wants, and needs for this vacation so our trip planners can cater your destination and activities to exactly what your group likes. You can also tell us if you’re celebrating anything special on your trip! On your pre-trip survey, you’ll tell us the departure airport for each traveler, and we’ll do our best to have your flights arrive at your destination around the same time. 

Receive Your Weather Forecast + Packing Tips

One week before you depart, we'll email you the weather forecast for your destination. We’ll also let you know if you should bring anything specific on your trip, like a bathing suit or hiking boots. We'll email you an updated weather forecast for your trip the day before you depart, as well! 

In that email, we will tell you which airport each traveler is departing from and at what time, so you can all plan accordingly!

Receive Your Envelopes 

A few days before you depart, everyone in your group will receive a surprise trip envelope so you can all have your own moment of surprise when you find out your destination. Remember…no peeking until the day you depart! 

Pack Up + Go!

Time to head out! On the morning of your departure, we’ll send all of you an email with the subject line, “Open Your Envelope!” letting you know it’s time to reveal your destination. This email will also include all the information you need to check in for your flights. And then, enjoy your trip! Your Surprise Trip Envelope includes everything you need to have the perfect getaway with your favorite people.
